Interested in Joining Albany Elite Lacrosse?
You need to follow the following five steps in order to complete the application process. Please read this CAREFULLY and refer to the checklist below.
| STEP 1 - Fill out the Albany Elite Application |
The player application/medical waiver/player profile is available through our web site by downloading the PDF file (click on the link below).
| STEP 2 - Include Registration Fee |
The application process requires full payment of the uniform and applicable registration fees, as follows:
- registration fee $400 (players currently in grades 7-11 in the school year ending 2008) and includes the winter and fall clinics.
- A $75 non-refundable check is due at registration. The remaining $325 is due on March 1, 2008
- all players will receive a new uniform (indicate sizes on application)
Please note that the additional fees for tournaments vary and will be provided in the weeks prior to the individual tournaments. Please make check payable to Albany Elite Lacrosse.
| STEP 3 - Read and Sign the Obligation Contract |
It's important to realize the obligation, responsibility, and commitment needed for a travel lacrosse team. Albany Elite Lacrosse requires that its players and parents read through and sign the 2008 Policies & Obligation Contract. Click here to view the pdf of the contract. Return this form with your application.

E-mail Gary Chatnik to confirm your current e-mail address. This will be a primary method of contacting you with up-to-the-minute information about Albany Elite activities.
Only upon receipt of a completed application, is player information recorded and player is considered a member of Albany Elite Lacrosse. |
